WILBUR L. CHAN, Filipino, was first elected as Director of the Company on 12 January 2011. He also serves as Director for Hotels and Clubs of the Company and is currently the Chairman of Fairways & Bluewater Resorts Golf & Country Club, Inc. and Global Newcoast Development Corporation. He is also a director of Southwoods Ecocentrum Corporation and Uni-Asia Properties, Inc. He has a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management, a Master’s Degree in National Security Administration (Silver Medalist) from the National Defense College of the Philippines and a Degree in Command & General Staff Course at Command & General Staff College.
