GIANCARLO C. NG, Filipino, was first elected as Director of the Company on 28 August 2020. He is a member of the Corporate Governance Committee and Related Party Transactions Committee of the Company. He is the Sales and Operations Support Vice-President of Progreen Agricorp, Inc. He has 20 years of leadership roles in the areas of Information Technology consulting and customer support. He is experienced in strategic and tactical planning, client relationship management, corporate governance, and change management. Mr. Ng holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and a degree of Master of Science in Information Technology, having graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2000 from the University of Asia and the Pacific.
