MONICA T. SALOMON, Filipino, has served as Director and President of the Company since 01 March 2015. She is also a member of the Board Executive Committee of the Company. She occupies various roles in several subsidiaries of the Company: Chairman of Golforce, Inc.; Director and President of Global Estates Properties, Inc., Global-Estate Golf and Development, Inc., Global Homes and Communities, Inc., Southwoods Mall, Inc., Megaworld Global-Estates, Inc., and Southwoods Ecocentrum Corporation; and director of Twin Lakes Corporation and Integrated Resorts Property Management, Inc. She is also a Director and Corporate Secretary of the Luxury Global Hotels and Leisure, Inc., and Director and CFO of Megaworld Foundation, Inc. Prior to joining GERI, she was the Head of Megaworld’s Corporate Management Division and spearheaded strategic real estate acquisitions and joint ventures for the Megaworld Group. She was also a member of Megaworld’s Management Executive Committee, which is responsible for the development and execution of the Group’s corporate strategies, policies and initiatives. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree in 1994 from the University of the Philippines.
