GERI allocates P5B for the next 5 years to develop Nascala Coast, which will be the Megaworld Group’s 36th township

Megaworld subsidiary Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), a premier developer of integrated tourism and leisure townships, is developing a 116-hectare beachside property in Nasugbu, Batangas.

Set to become the 36^th township of the Megaworld Group, Nascala Coast will seamlessly blend residential villages and beachside condominium clusters, vibrant commercial hubs, and dynamic leisure destinations—anchored by the natural beauty of the coast and mountains that surround it.
