Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI) will develop its long held 62-hectare prime property in Daang Hari, Las Piñas City into an integrated township project. The project to be named Alabang West, will integrate a Beverly Hills – themed lifestyle concept into its commercial and residential township development. GERI will allocate P10 Billion to develop Alabang West in the next five (5) years.

GERI shall construct a 1.3 kilometer commercial and retail row, inspired by Hollywood’s famous Rodeo Drive within Alabang West. Beside it will be developed the exclusive Alabang West Village with 788 residential lots. The village will have a huge clubhouse complex complete with amenities.

GERI is owned 80% by Megaworld Corporation, the country’s leading real estate developer of premier township projects.
