• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent
• Excellent oral and written communication with good customer service and interpersonal skills 
• High level of organizational skills, detail-oriented, with good time management
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
